The wild garlic is now in season and available as a concentrate, perfect as a rub on meats or simply added to pasta , stews or casseroles ! Unfortunately the season doesn’t last very long !
Our range of vintage jams and marmalades produced true to the original 1940s recipes have proved a great success and will be available throughout the coming months, this includes Carrot jam, Carrot marmalade and Parsnip marmalade !
